Kasandra — Owner & Lead Designer

As founder and lead designer of SWFL Custom Cabinetry, Kasandra brings years of experience in custom cabinetry design and fabrication.
Her eye for detail, love of craftsmanship, and commitment to quality drive every project from initial consultation to final walkthrough.
Kasandra personally oversees design development, client relationships, and the day-to-day operations of the showroom and shop.

Hector — CNC Technician and Shop Hand

Hector operates our CNC machinery with precision and skill, translating intricate designs into perfect cuts and components.
In addition to CNC work, Hector assists across all shop operations, helping maintain the high standards of craftsmanship that SWFL Custom Cabinetry is known for.

Roberto — Shop Lead

As our shop lead, Roberto oversees the fabrication floor, ensuring that every cabinet, drawer, and component is built to our exact specifications.
His expertise in woodworking, attention to detail, and leadership help keep production running smoothly and on schedule.

Dan — Project Manager and Installer

Dan bridges the gap between the shop and the job site.
He manages project logistics, coordinates deliveries, and leads installation efforts to ensure our cabinetry fits perfectly and functions flawlessly.
Dan's background in construction and cabinetry installation makes him a critical part of delivering a smooth client experience.

Mark — Finisher

Mark leads our finishing department, applying custom paints, stains, and specialty finishes to bring each project’s design vision to life.
With an eye for color consistency and surface perfection, Mark ensures that every door, panel, and trim piece meets our exacting standards before it leaves the shop.
