In this role, you will search local Facebook groups and Nextdoor for leads and assist in vetting them. No direct sales are required; you'll earn a 10% commission on successful jobs!
Key Responsibilities:

Finishing Assistant: SWFL Custom Cabinetry is seeking a dedicated Finisher Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for finish preparation work, including sanding and taping openings prior to painting custom cabinetry. Attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform finish prep work, including sanding and taping openings before painting cabinetry.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace on both the finish and build sides of the shop.
- Support the finishing team with various tasks during downtime.
Qualifications:
- Experience in cabinetry or woodworking is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
